About The Role

We're on the hunt for an experienced and professional Workshop Supervisor on a long-term potash project based out of Wiluna, Western Australia on a 2/1 roster. This is an exciting, challenging and dynamic role within a rapidly growing company, offering a competitive remuneration for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Maintenance of plant and machinery (prime movers, trailers, light vehicles, loaders, graders and excavators)
• Manage the procurement and usage of all parts and equipment for this project (internally and between projects Maintenance Planning Team)
• Responsible for resource allocation within team
• Ensure pre-starts, post starts and shut down procedures and checks are conducted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, safety and site requirements
• Strong focus on Safety and Leadership
• Sound knowledge of all plant and equipment
• Management off all third-party contractors (if applicable to project)
• Accountable for ensuring the team are correctly opening and closing service jobs as per correct process
• Prepare and participate in daily toolbox meetings

Requirements

• Previous Supervisory Management in a workshop with proven experience to run day-to-day routines
• Trade Certificate Qualified
• Excellent communication skills
