Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operational teams and Leaders: Work closely with operational managers to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, compliance, and ensure a fair, inclusive workplace.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage people metrics to provide data-driven insights, guiding HR strategies and decision-making.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Foster open communication and create a positive work environment that promotes mutual respect and strong relationships at all levels.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a large-scale, logistics, or blue-collar environment.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and industrial relations, particularly within an EA framework.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
