Job Description
REGROUP is seeking a Site Administrator to join the team and support site operations. This full-time role will be responsible for general site administrative duties on a 2:1 roster based in Port Hedland.
The Role:
Administration duties to support all site operations based in Port Hedland
Ensuring that all operations run smoothly including transport coordination.
Coordinate new starter processes including, but not limited to site roster, flight bookings and accommodation, site access and induction requirements
Reporting all safety hazards, risks, and incidents in accordance with site reporting policy and procedures.
Assist in the compilation of reports and management system requirements
Collate and submit weekly timesheets for the team and liaise with payroll
Filling and record keeping requirements
Raising purchase orders
To be considered for the role:
Previous experience working in a FIFO environment
Previous experience with INX
High level of computer proficiency with Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and data entry.
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive and reliable
Ability to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & LABDAS
Valid drivers’ licence
