Job Description

REGROUP is seeking a Site Administrator to join the team and support site operations. This full-time role will be responsible for general site administrative duties on a 2:1 roster based in Port Hedland. 

The Role:

  • Administration duties to support all site operations based in Port Hedland   
  • Ensuring that all operations run smoothly including transport coordination. 
  • Coordinate new starter processes including, but not limited to site roster, flight bookings and accommodation, site access and induction requirements 
  • Reporting all safety hazards, risks, and incidents in accordance with site reporting policy and procedures. 
  • Assist in the compilation of reports and management system requirements
  • Collate and submit weekly timesheets for the team and liaise with payroll
  • Filling and record keeping requirements
  • Raising purchase orders 

 

To be considered for the role:

  • Previous experience working in a FIFO environment 
  • Previous experience with INX
  • High level of computer proficiency with Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and data entry. 
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Proactive and reliable 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively  
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & LABDAS
  • Valid drivers’ licence
