We’re on the lookout for a proactive, experienced Haulage Supervisor to lead daily haulage operations, manage fleet performance, and supervise a team of drivers and operators to ensure smooth, safe, and timely material movement.
About the Role
- Oversee day-to-day haulage operations
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to minimise downtime
- Lead, support and develop a team of drivers and operators
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure vehicles are maintained
- Conduct regular compliance and safety checks
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and contractors for seamless coordination
What you can offer us
- Proven supervisory experience in open cut mining
- Valid ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
- Hold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification or be willing to obtain
- Strong knowledge of logistics, fleet operations & scheduling
- Clear and confident leadership with excellent communication skills
- Organised, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
- Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience using INX systems (advantageous)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening
