Position: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Malaga, WA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:00pm

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator join our People & Capability team. You will support a broad range of Recruitment functions and play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who’s looking to build on their experience in Recruitment and develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment mailbox and reply to enquiries from candidates.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ELMO to track candidate progress and shortlisting.
- Support the recruitment and mobilisation team with end-to-end recruitment.
- Effectively communicate and engage with new candidates and existing employees to assist with enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance is complete and up to date.
- Conduct initial phone screens for new applicants.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Recruitment experience, ideally within mining, transport, or related industries.
- A strong understanding of compliance processes and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy working with people at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems – experience with ELMO is highly regarded.
