Working as part of our diverse, dynamic, and driven production team, your role is responsible for helping us optimise efficiency from every shift, while ensuring the highest standards of safe operations are maintained. 

About the role:

• FIFO 2:1 roster - week of days, week of nights
• On-going contract, based in Wiluna, WA
• Accommodation and meals provided on site
• Responsible for all aspects of mine production including Operations scheduling, mine planning and coordinating company’s personnel, equipment and resources to achieve the company’s set targets and schedules.
• Managing workloads and allocating duties across the production team to deliver the mine plan deliverables and ensuring all targets are safely met.
• Support delivery of commercially focused outcomes
• Leading the day-to-day supervision of the mine production
• Overseeing shift process and providing appropriate instruction to designated team members to ensure safe and smooth shift operations.
• Participating in ongoing process improvement.

About you:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisor role
• Mandatory: S26 statutory supervisor certification
• High level of communication, organisational and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to work safely within a team environment
• Demonstrated team management and leadership ability
• Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol testing
• Must have the right to work in Australia
• Current National Police Clearance, issued within the last twelve months
• Current Driver’s Licence and White Card.
• Ability to undertake all safety paperwork and processes
