About the Opportunity RE:Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our growing team in our brand-new Osborne Park offices. Reporting to the General Manager – Finance & Commercial, you’ll play a key role in driving the company’s commercial and contractual success across Mining, Civil, and Haulage projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the commercial function and provide strategic, expert guidance to internal stakeholders.
Support contract delivery through timely, accurate commercial input and documentation.
Oversee procurement and commercial activities across all project stages – from pre-bid through to close-out.
Oversee subcontractor engagement, due diligence, and performance oversight.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and project controls to ensure full commercial alignment.
Contribute to the negotiation of subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring all risk and compliance requirements are met.
Lead commercial risk management across finance, estimating, and compliance domains.
Support contract performance reviews and client reporting.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (highly regarded).
Proven commercial management experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
