📍 Osborne Park, WA | 🕒 Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 📅 Permanent

We are looking for a skilled HSEQ Systems Coordinator to join our new head office in Osborne Park. In this Monday–Friday role, you will be the go-to person for managing and optimising our HSEQ systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. This role would suit an experienced HSEQ Administrator role who's ready to take their next step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update controlled HSEQ documents, registers, and databases with strict version control.
  • Configure, customise, and manage Myosh workflows, forms, and reporting tools.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret HSE data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and adhoc HSEQ performance reports.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting processes.
  • Coordinate and track training schedules, records, and competencies.
  • Deliver user training on Myosh and HSEMS (both online and face-to-face).
  • Provide first-level system support and escalate issues when necessary.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Myosh (advanced configuration and workflow design experience highly regarded).
  • Strong IT literacy, including databases, dashboards, and data export/import.
  • Proficient with Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with other HSE or quality systems (e.g., INX) desirable.
  • Understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 standards and WHS legislation.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance tracking.

What you will bring

  • Formal HSEQ qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in OHS) beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a HSEQ Administrator role.
  • Experience in high-risk industries such as mining, civil construction, or transport is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to safety culture initiatives or continuous improvement programs is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with site teams, Project Managers, and senior leadership.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks.
