Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our new Osborne Park office team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry, learning the ins and outs of our growing business. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities for the Role

  • Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Provide expert advice to Hiring Managers and Stakeholders relating to Talent
  • Managing end to end recruitment for White & Blue Collar roles
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates & internal stakeholder
  • Assisting with the mobilisation team
  • Database management
  • Promoting a positive safety culture across the businessTo be Successful 
  • Strong attention to detail and able to prioritise
  • Relevant Internal Recruitment experience
  • Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
  • Exposure and knowledge within heavy industry
