About the Role

As an Area Manager, you'll be a key leader within our operations team, driving production performance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Your role includes:

• Provide effective leadership and development opportunities to the team and reports.
• Lead all operational areas in the Pilbara to successfully deliver the haulage and site services strategy
• Manage the compliance of health, safety, and quality assurance as well as documentation and procedural requirements for site.
• Achieve KPI targets on monthly / annual basis.
• Oversee completion of driver inductions and that they are conducted effectively. Permits and licenses are valid and maintained, total adherence to site and road regulations.
• Assist in effective, high quality incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Address performance issues within the team.
• Consult and plan maintenance schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years’ senior project experience within mining haulage and earthmoving operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills, inspiring others to achieve company outcomes
• Commitment to safety and fostering a positive team culture
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (incl. drug & alcohol testing)
