We are currently seeking a driven, motivated Mobilisation Officer to join our new Osborne Park office team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry, learning the ins and outs of our growing business. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and managing compliance requirements including medical bookings, DAS tests, inductions, and training
  • Ensuring a smooth mobilisation process is upheld from recruitment to site
  • Processing of site access requests for employees
  • Booking and issuing mobilisation details to employees including flights & accommodation
  • Managing and updating spreadsheet records, to ensure accurate data is captured
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees
  • Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders

About you:

  • Proven experience in a mobilisation or compliance role
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift
  • Professional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
