About the Role

As a Mining Production Supervisor, you'll be a key leader within our operations team, driving production performance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Your role includes:

• Leading and managing all aspects of mine production execution
• Coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources to meet production targets
• Allocating tasks and managing shift rosters to deliver mine plan outcomes
• Supporting continuous improvement across operations and workflow
• Supervising and coaching your team to ensure safe, effective shift execution
• Contributing to commercial and strategic site outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within mining
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
• Commitment to safety and fostering a positive team culture
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (incl. drug & alcohol testing)
