What do we want to hear from you? 🫵🏻
3+ years as a site supervisor in a mining or heavy industry environment
Hold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification, or be willing to obtain
Confident leading small teams and conducting pre-starts
Understand mine site rules, safety, and compliance like the back of your hand
Mechanically switched-on with broad mobile plant exposure
Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Committed to high standards in housekeeping and team culture
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
