We are seeking an experienced Haulage Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Port Hedland. Reporting to the Area Maintenance Superintendent, you will oversee workshop operations, mentor maintenance team leaders, and drive continuous improvement across all ReGroup’s haulage assets and sites.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership, ensuring our maintenance systems, workshops, and people operate at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshop setup and mobilisation across project sites, including infrastructure, systems, and inventory management.
• Mentor and support maintenance leaders, conducting performance reviews and driving professional development.
• Oversee audits for safety, compliance, and cost control across Port Hedland and remote workshop facilities.
• Provide direction to the haulage administration team and ensure adherence to workshop budgets.
• Support the rollout of ERP, HSEQ, and BI systems to optimise operational efficiency.
• Analyse maintenance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage IT and workshop infrastructure, ensuring systems and processes meet operational demands.
• Partner with procurement, operations, and project teams to deliver practical, cost-effective maintenance solutions.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:

• Proven experience in a senior maintenance leadership role, ideally within bulk/heavy haulage.
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance systems, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams across multiple sites.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement, safety, and cost management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement change.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites and provide hands-on support when required.
