• 3+ years as a site supervisor in a mining or heavy industry environment
• Hold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification, or be willing to obtain
• Confident leading small teams and conducting pre-starts
• Understand mine site rules, safety, and compliance like the back of your hand
• Mechanically switched-on with broad mobile plant exposure
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Committed to high standards in housekeeping and team culture
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
