About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the site. You will be responsible for coordinating site documentation, supporting personnel, and maintaining efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site-based administrative functions and office operations
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for personnel
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry
• Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of employees and contractors
• Support payroll, timesheets, and compliance documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

About You

• Previous experience in a Site Administration role (FIFO preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Current driver’s licence (preferred)
