Bulk Haulage Supervisor
Full-Time | Permanent | 2:1 FIFO Roster (Days & Nights)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bulk Haulage Supervisor to join our operations team in Port Hedland. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a 2:1 FIFO roster, alternating between one week of day shifts and one week of night shifts.

About the Role

As a Bulk Haulage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily haulage operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of bulk materials. You will lead and support a team of operators while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate bulk haulage activities across site operations
• Lead, mentor, and manage haulage operators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Monitor fleet performance, productivity, and efficiency targets
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with relevant teams
• Conduct pre-start meetings, safety briefings, and incident investigations
• Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within bulk haulage or mining operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sound knowledge of haulage equipment and mining operations
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant tickets and certifications (desirable)
