Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor | Full-Time Permanent | 8:6 Roster | Attractive Remuneration | Lead the team on one of our major mining projects

ReGroup is seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to assist overseeing maintenance operations in our project workshop. This role is vital to maintaining the reliability and performance of our mobile plant equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency across site operations.

📍 Location: Thunderbird, WA (1.5hrs out of Broome)
📆 Roster: 8:6
✈️ Flights Covered From: Perth, Kununurra and Darwin
🏡 Accommodation & Meals: provided onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment (Caterpillar D10+D11 Dozers & 16M Graders, Komatsu HD1500 Dump Trucks & WA900 Loaders and Hitachi EX2600 Excavator)
• Lead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractors
• Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs
• Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop process
• Ensure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirements
• Work closely with site leadership to meet KPI's

About You:

• Proven experience supervising a workshop/maintenance team on a mine site
• Cert III Mobile Plant Technology Trade qualification (preferred)
• Must have Schedule 26 (Statutory Supervisor Course)
• Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance and planning
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement
