Reporting to the Workshop Superintendent, the Material Logistics Officer is a role that supports maintenance activities through management of materials to meet daily operational and shutdown requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Coordinate weekly and shutdown logistic activities to meet operations.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders and material movements with contracting partners or vendors.
• Manage inventory, overseeing storage, tracking and distribution of materials.
• Set up and management of the inventory stock based onsite.
• Return/create and add stock and rotables into the stores.
• Run material reports for weekly and shutdown to establish material availability and risk.

Qualifications And Experience

• Current WA C Class Drivers Licence (HR Licence desired).
• High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence.
• Experience in mining procurement/warehouse logistics.
• Good communication skills and experience dealing with equipment / transport vendors.
• Experience in Microsoft suite is essential.
• An understanding of and experience in purchasing.
