Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor | Max-Term | 8:6 Roster | Mt Isa QLD-Based Role
Lead maintenance operations for our largest (and growing) mining project in Queensland.
ReGroup is seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations in our largest project workshop. These roles are vital to maintaining the reliability and performance of our mobile plant equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency across site operations.
📍 Location: Lady Annie Pit (1.5hrs out of Mt Isa)
📆 Roster: 8:6 FIFO Roster
✈️ Flights Covered From: Brisbane, Cairns and Townsville
🏡 Accommodation & Meals: provided onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment
- Lead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractors
- Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs
- Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop process
- Ensure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirements
- Work closely with site leadership to meet KPI's
About You:
- Proven experience supervising a workshop/maintenance team on a mine site
- Cert III Mobile Plant Technology Trade qualification (preferred)
- Must have S123 / G189 (Statutory Supervisor Course)
- National Police Clearance and White Card required
- Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance and planning
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement
