Workshop Administrator | Permanent Full-Time | 2:1 Roster | Flights Paid from Perth or Local Broome/Derby Hire | Reporting to Maintenance Superintendent
We're looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Administrator to join our team and bring their industry knowledge, skills and experience, along with a good attitude and team comradery, to a growing company and be a part of something great. Play a key role in workshop operations on a high-performing mining project in WA’s North.
📍 Location: Thunderbird, WA (1.5hrs out of Broome)
📆 Roster: 2:1 Roster | Day Shift Only
✈️ Flights Covered From: Perth (or Local Broome/Derby encouraged to apply)
🏡 Accommodation & Meals: provided onsite
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to the workshop, and production were needed
- Raise and receipt purchase orders; assist workshop leaders as required
- Reconcile invoices and ensure PO compliance for workshop purchases
- Help maintain the fleet service schedule
- Manage general workshop office duties including document control
- Coordinate onboarding for new site-based staff including flights, accommodation, access, and inductions
- Run reports and assist with AMMS audits and compliance tracking
- Support accommodation logistics and room allocations for mechanics
- Assist with the rollout of new systems and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a maintenance admin/coordinator role within the mining industry
- Strong commitment to safety and team collaboration
- Excellent attention to detail and admin/record-keeping skills
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident using systems and reporting tools like Baseplan and SAP
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Must have a current un-restricted/valid driver's licence
