Job Description

REGROUP is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to support our daily operations and assist with the mobilisation of key projects. This is a full-time role with a 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day office tasks and ensuring efficient office operations
  • Assisting with project mobilisation, including booking medicals, coordinating inductions, managing travel arrangements (flights and accommodation), and overseeing site clearance
  • Raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices using our account management system (experience with Base Plan is an advantage)
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional phone manner to provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and other duties as required

What we are looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A confident and friendly phone manner, along with excellent written communication
  • A collaborative attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues across departments
  • The ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
  • Experience arranging travel and accommodation for site work, preferably in the Civil and Transport sectors (experience with INX Resources is an advantage)
