About the Role:

As a mine site HD Fitter/Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a fleet of the following:

• Dozers
• Excavators
• Moxy Watercarts
• Loaders

and/or

• Prime Movers

What do we want to hear from you?

• Residential-based role - be residentially located in Port Hedland or be willing to relocate, at your own expense
• FIFO/DIDO role - be residentially located in Perth or be willing to make own way there for flights to site
• 3-5 years heavy plant maintenance experience on heavy machinery
• Current & valid relevant trade certificate
• Current and valid Construction Card
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A
• A strong commitment to safety and work well in a team environment
• Process driven
• Autonomous in your role

Residential-based applicants (Port Hedland):

• HD Fitter- servicing production mining equipment
• 5:2 residential-based roster
• Paid housing allowance for Port Hedland residential-based candidates

FIFO applicants (Port Hedland):

• HD Fitter - servicing production mining equipment
• 2:1 FIFO roster (one week of days, one week of nights)
• Meal tickets provided

FIFO applicants (Wiluna)

• 2:1 FIFO (week of days, week of nights) HD Fitter - servicing production mining equipment
• 2:2 FIFO (day shift only) Crusher Fitter - servicing crushers (experience with Finlay & Jaw Crushers preferred)
• 2:2 FIFO (day shift only) Diesel Mechanic - servicing haulage prime movers

FIFO applicants (Southern Cross) 

• HD Mechanic - servicing haulage prime movers
• 2:1 FIFO roster (one week of days, one week of nights)
• DIDO or BIBO option from Perth
